The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 60 days in filing this Criminal Appeal against acquittal order dated 28.03.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Namakkal in STC.No.1534 of 2022.

2. Mr.K.Selvakumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission as per the seniority.
