There is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reports that on completion of investigation in Crime No.555 of 2023 dated 13.08.2023, the police has filed a final report on 30.01.2024 before the Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur. Further states that the allegations of the petitioner that police is frequently visiting the residence of the petitioner is false.
