The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent and his subordinates to forbear from enquiring into the title to the proper and thus interfering with the petitioner's civil rights over the property admeasuring 5.43 acres of land comprised in S.F.No.483/3B1 in Karumathampatti Village, Sulur Sub Registration District, Tiruppur District, at the instance of the 2nd respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader that necessary instructions have been given to the first respondent not to interfere with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the second respondent.
