C.M.P.No.3380 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.96270 of 2022 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 75 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2.Mr.M.B.Raghavan for M/s.M.B.Gopalan Associates, appeared on behalf of third respondent. Though notice served on the respondent Nos.1 and2, none appears before this Court.
3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 75 days is condoned and accordingly this petition is ordered.
4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.
