Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking to quash the proceedings of the Respondent in G.O.Ms.No.225, dated 13.09.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

At the end of arguments, Mr.Srinath Sridevan, learned counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition challenging the Policy decision taken by the Central Government and for consequential relief. He has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.

4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition challenging the Policy decision taken by the Central Government and for consequential relief. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.25347 of 2021 is closed.
