This Criminal original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner by order dated 23.07.2024 in C.M.P.No.1046 of 2024, on the file of the Special Judge for EC/NDPS Act cases, Salem.

2. Heard, Mr. W. Camyles Gandhi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is ordered to be appear before the learned Special Judge for EC/NDPS Act cases, Salem, on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months. In other respects, the order dated 23.07.2024 shall remain unaltered. 2\4
