Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the third respondent in OA 310/00778/2019 dated 2-72019 and quash the same and direct the respondents to take a decision with regard to the recruitment to the post of Staff Car Driver(Ordinary Grade) and proceed with the selection process for appointment to the post of Staff Car Driver (Ordinary Grade) on the basis of the Selection List and Merit List issued on 19-05-2017.
