ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR on the file of the second respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent and also perused the materials available on record.
3. The main ground, based on which this petition was filed, is that the petitioner (A3) belongs to SC community and only bald allegations have been made against the petitioner.
4. This Court has already considered a quash petition filed by A2 in Crl.O.P.No.17964 of 2023. The order that was passed therein will sufficiently take care of the ground raised by the petitioner. In view of the same, this Page No.2/4
criminal original petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.17964 of 2023. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
