Respondents Prayer : This Writ Petition has been filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records of the first Respondent in letter No.10945/Ka Ka 2/2006-1 dated 20-06-2006 and Quash the same and direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to regularise the period of absence from 22-03-1975 F.N. up to 14-06-1989 F.N. and from 31-03-1992 A.N. to 13-05-1993 F.N. (Prolonged delay in Disciplinary proceedings) as periods of duty for pensionary benefits.

The petitioner prays to issue a writ of Certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records of the first Respondent in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

letter No.10945/Ka Ka 2/2006-1 dated 20-06-2006 and Quash the same and direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to regularise the period of absence from 22-03-1975 F.N. up to 14-06-1989 F.N. and from 31-03-1992 A.N. to 13-05-1993 F.N. (Prolonged delay in Disciplinary proceedings) as periods of duty for pensionary benefits.

2. When the matter was called on 20-07-2018, there was no representation for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the respondents present hence, the matter was adjourned to 30-072018. On 31-07-2018 when the matter was taken up for hearing there was no representation for the petitioner and again the matter was directed to be listed on 01-08-2018, under the caption "for dismissal". Even today i.e on 01-08-2018 when the matter is taken up for consideration there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
