2. It is the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petitioner produced fake bills in support of his bail and on that basis, bail was granted.

3. When the respondent is taking steps for cancellation of bail, now the petitioner has sought the permission of this Court to withdraw this petition filed by the petitioner for modification.

4. In light of the submissions made, this Court gives permission to the petitioner to withdraw this petition.

However, it is open to the respondent to file appropriate petition for cancellation of bail granted to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
