C.M.P.No.15568 of 2025 has been filed to condone the delay of 15 days in setting aside the abatement caused to the demise of the deceased Pushpa, 6th Respondent in the petition.

2. C.M.P.No.15570 of 2025 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the demise of Pushpa, 6th Respondent in the petition.

3. C.M.P.No.15573 of 2025 has been filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased Pushpa and rank them as Proposed Respondents 14 and 15 in the Appeal in A.S.No.716 of 2017.

4. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner appeared through virtual mode. Learned Counsel for the Respondents 1 to 6 has no objection in impleading the legal heirs of the deceased Pushpa (Respondent-8 in the Appeal).

5. Accordingly, the petitions in C.M.P.Nos. 15568, 15570 and 15573 1/3

of 2025 in A.S.No.716 of 2017 are allowed.

6. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment and post the case on 14.07.2025.
