This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 10 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the order of conviction passed in C.C.No.14 of 2014, dated 22.06.2022, on the file of Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit is accepted and the delay of 10 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
