This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider and issue community certificate in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 16.02.2023.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation has been considered and was rejected by the authorities and copy of the same has been communicated to the petitioner.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner's representation has been rejected, the petitioner is directed to challenge the same, if he is so aggrieved in the manner known to law.
