This writ petition has been filed directing the respondents 1 to 4 consider and take action against the respondents 5 to 8 and given the suitable protection to petitioner's entire family in pursuant to petitioner representation dated 30.06.2023. 2.Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, the matter was posted for hearing today.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the proceedings dated 19.09.2023. It is seen that, an enquiry was conducted by the Tahsildar, Kilvelur and the report has been submitted to the Sub Collector, Nagapattinam. A copy of the same was also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2/4

4.In view of the above, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings dated 19.09.2023, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in accordance with law. 5.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
