When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Mr. M.Murali Vinodh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation would contend that, with regard to the matter in issue, the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation filed a writ petition against the present petitioner in W.P. No.33174/2024 before this Court and the learned single Judge of this Court, vide orders dated 06.12.2024, allowed the said writ petition. According to him, in view of the above orders passed by this Court, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Contempt Petition.
