This application has been filed to raise the Order of attachment passed by this Court dated 26.04.2019.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that the respondent has now agreed to receive a sum of Rs.2,80,000/- towards full quit and the applicant is also ready to pay the said amount within a period of two weeks.
3. Whereas, it is the contention of the learned counsel for the respondent that the respondent has not agreed for a sum of Rs.2,80,000/-.
4. In such view of the matter, if the petitioner is able to pay the amount arrived at by meeting the respondent and the matter is settled between them, the Order of attachment shall be raised automatically. Otherwise, the Order of attachment shall continue.

5. With the above observations, this application is closed. Consequently, connected application is closed.
6. If the matter is settled and the same is brought to the notice of this Court, the Registry shall communicate the Order of raising the attachment to the concerned Registrar.
