This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15255 of 2024 dated 01.07.2024.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner is now facing threat by the defacto complainant and therefore, he request for suitable modification of the condition.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Tiruppur North Police Station on every Saturday at 10.00.a.m., for a period of eight weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
