This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.451 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already investigation has been completed in Crime No.451 of 2011 and charge sheet is also made ready. For filing the charge sheet, he seeks time.
