The petitioner has prayed for issuance of writ of Declaration, to declare the action of the respondents in transferring the petitioner from Tirupur to Hally Mysore and the order ESTT/30, dated 26.04.2008 of the fourth respondent are illegal and consequently direct the respondents to post the petitioner in any place in Chennai or Coimbatore Region.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner is no more and the matter relates to transfer of the petitioner from Tirupur to Mysore and the petitioner sought for transfer to any other place in Chennai or Coimbatore.

3. Based on the above submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives in this writ petition. Since no miscellaneous petition has been filed in this Writ petition and no interim orders have been granted, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
