ORDER
Seeking police protection for himself and his family members and also for his properties, the petitioner has come up with the present original petition.
2. It is seen that the petitioner seeks police protection in respect of the property for which a decree has been passed by a civil court in his favour.
3. Under the above circumstance, in the considered opinion of this court, no such direction as prayed for could be granted in the light of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in State of Punjab v. Devinder Pal Singh Bhuller and others, (2011) 14 SCC 770.

4. In the result, the criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
