ORDER

When matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that on the complaint lodged by a opposite party, a case has been registered in Crime No.228 of 2016 by the 2nd respondent police on 05.05.2016 for offences under Section 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC against the petitioner.

2. In view of the above, no positive direction as prayed for could be issued the criminal original petition is accordingly dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
