2. Heard learned Government Advocate for the petitioners/appellants.

3. The sole respondent has been served and his name printed in the cause-list. However, no one entered appearance on behalf of the respondent.

4. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and since none entered appearance to oppose the petition, the delay of 793 days in filing the writ appeal is condoned, subject to the payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees

Five Thousand) by the petitioners to Government Children's Home, Annai Sathya Arasin Kulanthaigal Kaapagam, Gandhi Nagar, Senguttai, Katpadi, Vellore (Mobile 9361622459), within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed automatically.
