ORDER

This petition has been filed to withdraw and transfer the O.S No. 2527 of 2023 pending on the file of the IV Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, to XXII Additional City Civil Judge, Chennai, where the O.S No. 5887 of 2022 is pending in order to try both suits jointly.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Admittedly, both suits were filed for the same property by the same parties. Hence, in order to avoid complications, this Court is inclined to transfer O.S No. 2527 of 2023 pending on the file of the IV Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai, to XXII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai. Further, the XXII Additional City Civil Court is directed to try the above suit along with O.S No. 5887 of 2022.

4. In result, this petition is allowed. No Cost. Consequentially, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
