This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.12 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Tiruppur Police Station, Tiruppur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in Crime No.12 of 2014 was transferred to the Central Crime Branch, Tiruppur as early as 07.04.2015 and the Central Crime Branch have also completed the investigation and filed the final report on 06.07.2015 before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tiruppur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
