ORDER

The 1st respondent present. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on 23.09.2022 this Court has passed the following direction in Crl.OP.No.23114 of 2021:

"7. In view of the above stated reasons, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of and the 1st respondent is directed to scrutinize the audio recording which is in possession of the petitioner and investigate all other facts relating to the same and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed."

2. When the matter is taken up today, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent that in pursuant to the above direction investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed, PRC No has also been assigned as 19/2023. Affidavit of compliance report has also been filed by the 1st respondent and it is taken on file.
