O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The grievance of the petitioner is that heavy goods vehicles which are required to travel on the highways are actually using an alternative route through Attipattu via Vallur to shorten the distance. In this process, the village area has been affected, apart from the fact that there are schools in the vicinity of the village.

2. Learned Government Pleader states that there are already some existing instructions, but these aspects would be examined by the third respondent in the conspectus of the representation dated 14.06.2016 of the petitioner and a decision would be taken within one month of the receipt of the order.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
