The suit is one for declaration and recovery of possession of the property, which is situate within the jurisdiction of this Court.

The defendants 2 and 3 reside outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Considering the fact that the property subject matter of the suit is situate within the jurisdiction of this Court, this application is allowed granting leave to the plaintiff to institute the suit as against the defendants 2 and 3 in this Court.
