ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.4 of 2022, pending on the file of first respondent.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and separate final reports were filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Panruti and it was taken on file in C.C.Nos.94, 95, 97, 99, 100, 101, 103 and 105 of 2023.

3. In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this petition. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. If any summons is issued to the petitioner in the pending C.Cs. and the petitioner is aggrieved 2/4

by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
