The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that she has no instructions from his client.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents relies on the order dated 15.07.2025 passed in E.P.No.60 of 2022 on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vellore. The said order indicates that a full satisfaction memo filed by the decree holder has been recorded, the attachment has been raised and execution petition has also been terminated. Consequently, the application in E.A.No.2 of 2025 has been closed as the execution petition stands terminated.
