This application has been filed seeking to transfer the suit in O.S.No.166 of 2023 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court at Thiruporur to the file of this Court, to be tried along with the suit in C.S.No.243 of 2022. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The present suit in C.S.No.243 of 2022 is a partition suit consisting of larger extent of land situated inside and outside Chennai. The subject matter of this application, seeking to transfer the suit in O.S.No.166 of 2023, appears to be for a relief of bare injunction, filed by the plaintiff, on the strength of the settlement deed executed by one of the parties in C.S.No.243 of 2022. 4.Taking note of the larger scope of the relief sought for in C.S.No.243 of 2022 and also as the entire proceedings are the subject matter of the suit before this Court, this Court is inclined to allow this petition as prayed for. Accordingly, this Application stands allowed.

5.The Registry shall take steps to get O.S.No.166 of 2023 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thiruporur to this Court, for being tried along with C.S.No.243 of 2022.
