This writ petition has been filed directing the 3rd Respondent to issue work site inspection certificate to the petitioner for the tender notification in Tender Notice No.05/HDO/NH/2025-26/Dated 30.05.2025 passed by the 2nd Respondent forthwith.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the Work Site Inspection Certificate has been issued to the petitioner.
