2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the trial has already been commenced in C.C.No.242 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Thittagudi.

4. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be considered. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
