Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition to dispense with the production of the original registered documents namely the deed of cancellation registered in the Office of the first respondent vide document No.1374 of 2011 dated 17.02.2011 and the consequential sale deed registered in the Office of the second respondent vide document No.4423 of 2019 dated 10.07.2019 is allowed.
