This matter has been listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, vide order dated 10.07.2025, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18912 of 2025 with certain conditions. However, in the prayer portion of the order, Section has been wrongly mentioned as "483" instead of "482". Further, in the same prayer portion, Crime number has been wrongly mentioned as "Crime No.67 of 2025" instead of "Crime No.91 of 2025" and the 1/3

same was reflected in the order copy. Hence, he prayed for the issuance of a suitable order to rectify the same.

3. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to substitute the Section as "482" and the Crime Number as "Crime No.91 of 2025" in the order dated 10.07.2025.

28.07.2025 AT Note : Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections and issue fresh copy of the order.
