This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner in CSR No.756/2016 and CSR No.757/2016 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. On a complaint given by one Anandan petition enquiry in CSR No.756 of 2016 is pending and on the complaint given by one Gopal petition enquiry in CSR No.757 of 2016 is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
