Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders in the above Crl.O.P.No.12832 of 2019 by order dated 24.07.2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.SAI KRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The above miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 24.07.2019 made in Crl.MP.No.11302/2019 in Crl.OP.No.12832/2019. This Court, in its order dated 24.07.

2019, while suspending the sentence of the petitioner, had imposed a condition to the effect that the petitioner should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as Horticultural officer in the Horticultural Department in the Telangana State which requires his attendance. and that, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court till now. He would further submit that the issue between the de facto complainant and the petitioner has been settled. Pursuant to the same, the de facto complainant has also agreed to withdraw the complaint against him. Hence, he would seek that the condition imposed on the petitioner be modified.

Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State who would submit that the petitioner is complying the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

condition imposed by this Court without any default. In view of the above, the condition imposed vide order dated 24.07.2019, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

The petition is ordered accordingly.
