This petition is filed to permit the appellant to take notice through substituted service by way of paper publication in any one of the Tamil and English Daily Newspaper as against the respondents having its circulation at Tiruppur District.

2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the petitioner is permitted to take substituted service in "Dinamalar" Newspaper having circulated in the locality of Tiruppur District by mentioning the date of hearing as 30.08.2024.

3.Post the matter on 30.08.2024.
