ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the proceedings in Na.Ka.370/2015/A2 on merits within the time limit that may be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner filed an appeal before the second respondent as against the wrongful entry in the patta of his brother's wife name and it is pending in Na.Ka.370/2015/A2 on the file of the second respondent.

3. Considering the above aspects, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the proceedings in Na.Ka.370/2015/A2, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
