COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to survey and demarcate the boundary of the petitioner's Plot No.25, comprised in Re-Survey No.18/3A1A1A ad-measuring an extent of 1592 sq.ft. which is situated at Thiyagadurugam Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Villupuram District and in Re-Survey No.18/3A6 ad-measuring an extent of 4106 sq.ft which is situated at Prithivimangalam Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Kallakurichi District based on the fees remitted on 23.04.2021 and issue separate pattas in the name of the petitioner within the time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Heard Mr.D.Babu Varadharajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.05.2021, after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and after giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
