..Respondent Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relates to the impugned demand notice dated 29.03.2019 and consequential notice dated 29.04.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to return the original Cancellation Deed registered as Doc. No. 745 of 2019 and pass such further or other orders.

O R D E R

Writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned demand notice dated 29.03.2019 and the consequential notice dated 29.04.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent, and to quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional, and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to return the original Cancellation Deed registered as Doc. No. 745 of 2019.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that subsequent to the impugned notices issued by the 2nd respondent, another order dated 18.10.2019 has been passed by the 1st respondent revising the registration fee from 4% to 1% of the building value, and a copy of the said order dated 18.10.2019 has been served on the learned counsel for the petitioner today.

3. In view of the subsequent order dated 18.10.2019 passed by the 1st respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.

4. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 18.10.2019, if so advised, before the competent authority, within a period

of four (4) weeks from today.
