ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to forthwith pay subsistence allowance to the petitioner from the date of his suspension from service till the date of his reinstatement, by considering and passing orders on his representation dated 07.01.2004.
2.Admittedly the respondent is a Cooperative Society. As per the Full Bench decision of this Court in K.Marappan v. Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, reported in 2006 (4) CTC 689, a writ petition filed against a Cooperative Society, is not maintainable. Hence this writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
