This Petition has been filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, seeking Succession Certificate with respect to the securities of K.Muthusamy, who was the father of the petitioners herein and who died on 11.12.2019. The details of the securities have been given in the schedule to the petition.

2. The mother of the petitioners had predeceased their father. The publication was effected. The petitioner was examined as PW-1. The death certificate of his mother and of his father were marked as Exs. P-1 and P-2. The legal heirship certificate of his father was marked as Ex.P-3. The documents relating to the securities and share holding were marked as Exs. P-5 and P-6.

3. In view of the evidence produced, this Petition stands allowed as prayed for and a direction for grant of Succession Certificate to the petitioners with power to collect the securities and to receive the interest and dividend thereon and negotiate and transfer the securities specified in the schedule is issued.
