Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19365 of 2021, dated 12/10/2021 that the petitioners shall stay at Trichy and reported before the Inspector of Police, Rockport Police Station, daily at 10 a.m. until further orders ans the petitioners shall not enter into the jurisdiction of the respondent police and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.KUMARASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Government Advocate, (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19365 of 2021 on 12.10.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed.
