Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 07.11.2012 in O.M.B2 9629 - 2012 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same consequentially, direct the first respondent to assign the land having an extent of 33 cents comprised in Survey No.111/4A2 in Kallur Village, Ma.Pudaiyur, Thittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District, to the petitioner, within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for final hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be given liberty to make an application before the first respondent for the relief sought in the Writ Petition and the Writ Petition may be disposed of, accordingly.
