2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. Today, Ms.J.Vanitha, Sub-Inspector of Police, CCB, EDFIII is present.
4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the amount involved in this case is Rs.7,66,751/- and the Central Crime Branch, Chennai did not proceed further with the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. This Court directs the respondent police to proceed with the investigation and complete the same as expeditiously as possible.
