This Civil Miscellaneous petition is filed by the petitioners / appellants seeking to restore the above Second Appeal in S.A.No.501 of 2014 which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 14.11.2019. Page No.1 of 3

2. Heard Mr.N.Ponraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners / appellants and Mr.P.Dinesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent and he has no serious objection for allowing this Petition.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the fact that the respondent has no serious objection in allowing the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed without costs.

4. Registry is directed to restore S.A.No.501 of 2014 and post the Second Appeal for hearing on 17.07.2025.
