Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.6887 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.5868 of 2021 dated 15.07.2021 that he petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 am till the filing of charge sheet thereafter, appear before the trial court on all hearing dates without fail until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. KARAN AND UDAY, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN Govt. Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5868 of 2021 on 09.04.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police first Monday of every month.
