This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioners in the blanket of enquiry in CSR No.549 of 2016 on the file of respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a complaint given by one Balakrishnan petition enquiry in CSR No.549 of 2016 is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed.
