I allowed W.P.No.25667 of 2025 on 22.09.2025 and posted the matter today for compliance.

2. When the matter was called, Mr.D.B.R.Prabhu, learned standing counsel appearing for R3 and R5 reported that there is no procedure to restore a planning permit application, once it is rejected. He pleads that in case a fresh application is filed, an order will be passed by 14.11.2025.

Ms.Aiswarya, learned counsel representing for M/s.MCGAN Law Firm submits that an application will be filed by 24.10.2025. The statement of Mr.D.B.R.Prabhu that the order will be passed by 14.11.2025 is recorded as an undertaking given by the authorities to this Court.
