Both sides have no objection in allowing these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits, all these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed. 4.Registry shall carry out necessary amendments in the main Appeal Suits.
